Spons Studio is a studio focusing on illustration, writing and animation.

The person behind Spons Studio, is Konstrukto (Arjen den Boer geb. 1978 te Amersfoort).

The philosophy behind Spons Studio:

Learning through practive, while making use of open source software and communities.
Inspiration and education are achieved by making personal connections and working in unison.
This is also the reason behind the open source approach.
The focus is on growth of knowledge and skill, but also on delivering an original product that is recognizable and of a high quality.
Open source software is usually developed by a community consisting of volunteers, applying a similar approach.

That is a great source of inspiration!

Living museum:

A large part of the work made with traditional media finds its origin in the Living Museum in Vught.
A free haven for art brut, where an assortment of different artists meet and work together.
The idea behind a Living Museum is much like the idea behind open source communities, but in a physical form.
It's a place where people can be themselves, and where the primary rule is that there are no rules.
